The remote controll does not have much to offer because of the icons for the menu setup screens,, I would have liked to see printed the word "Menu" etc which makes it a lot eiser to talk to a person over the phone trying to help them setup or edit system functions. Especialy when they speak broken english.

Again a lot of box and not much use of space. If a company can make a smaller box for the FTA form factor shipping cost will be greatly reduced
